A few weeks ago, each Twain class experienced original art first-hand thanks to our team of docents and the NW Art Project.

Many thanks to Nicki Schulman, NW Art Project Program Lead for all you do! This includes creating an amazing presentation, leading the docent training, providing talking points, and doing so much to make this year's program a huge success! To Malaika Silliker, who served as second in command leading 2 days of discussions, helping set up and take down the exhibit, and just being a crucial support, thank you! BINGO Night is Thursday! Volunteers Needed.

Join us on Leap Day, February 29th for BINGO night! We need a few more volunteers to make this event run smoothly. Can you help?

There is no admission charge for the event - pay only for bingo cards and daubers. Order before 3 PM ON 2/27 for delivery to your child's classroom. If you need special accommodations or have any questions, please contact Natalie Drennon at natalie@twainptsa.org. All sales are final.

On Thursday, February 1st, we had our second PTSA meeting of the year. We had a great, wide-ranging discussion on a variety of topics including field trips, school security, upcoming events, and SEL strategies like restorative conversations to model at home. Be sure to join us at our next meeting in April.

"Family Favorites" February Staff Lunch

For February, the Staff Appreciation Committee will throw a "family favorites" themed lunch for the staff on 2/13. We're looking for folks who can contribute food or volunteer.

Please send in something that your family loves to eat! It could be food from your family heritage, a favorite recipe, or even just comfort foods your family likes. We're hoping for lots of variety! Please click here for the sign up link if you're interested in contributing. Much appreciation!
