Celebrating Creativity at Our Gallery Art Walk

🎨✨What an incredible night we had last week at our Explore Art Gallery Walk! 🌟 Our talented students showcased their monthly art projects, displaying their creativity and hard work across multiple mediums. From colorful paintings to intricate sculptures, every piece was a testament to their artistic growth and imagination.

🖌️🖼️ A HUGE thank you to Jessica Lake and Parvoneh Neilsen for leading our Gallery Walk event this year. Your dedication and hard work to create an exquisite showcase is so greatly appreciated by everyone in the Twain community.

On Thursday, we had our last PTSA Meeting of the year and it was a productive one! Immediately prior to the meeting, Principal Goodfellow shared updates and insights, and then we continued with the election of a new Co-VP for next year, budget changes, and award announcements! Read on for details.

Toymaker Workshops for 3rd & 4th Grade

On Monday, June 10th our 3rd and 4th graders enjoyed an in-school "field trip" with School of Toy.

3rd graders built with magnets to learn about balanced and unbalanced forces, predicting paths of motion and magnetic energy. 4th graders built a motorized top learning about energy transfer, circuits, kinetic motion, conductors and more.

Twain PTSA happily funded this unique and enriching STEM event when bussing and logistics prevented...

Block Party Was a Blast!

WOW! What a great turn out for our 3rd annual ☀️Block Party☀️!

It was great to see so many Twain families out enjoying a good time together. Putting together such a large event is a big job, so sending out a HUGE thank you to team lead, Bridget Songstad, and head organizer, Nicki Schulman. You ROCK! And to the rest of our Block Party Committee that stepped up to ensure the Block Party happened: Patricia Heber, Molly Honig, Reshma Kapadia, Janani Kartik, Brittany Kukal, McGinnes Ladd, Sarah Menenberg, Audrey Adler, April Roberts, Michelle Soltani, and Naling Zhang.
