Farming Friday/Plant a Seed

Farming Friday is coming to Twain! Come help our kids learn about plants, pollinators, and bring home 2 plants to grow themselves. Kindergarteners are at 11 am and all other grades during their lunch recesses on April 24th.

We will have tables set up of plant and pollinator information, (with an observational bee hive!), as well as tables where kids get the opportunity to plant two seeds of their choice of edible plants.

Volunteers will be either assisting with setting up/cleaning up and assisting kids in their planting process. (A dedicated beekeeper will run the observational beehive/pollinator table). Sign up here to volunteer.
