A big bobcat thank you to NW Arts Program Lead Nicki Schulman! Thank you for all you do for the Twain Community. And a special thank you to Malaika Siliker for all of her support to help make this program a success.

Nicki Schulman and Malaika Silliker led all the NW Arts lessons for our students this year. This unique program enabled our students to experience an art museum at Twain! This year, over the course of two lessons, they viewed and discussed an exhibit featuring Nature in Art.

Ms. Vold, thank you for sharing your space and organizing the schedule. You have been a big part of keeping this program at Twain for our students.

Thank you also to volunteers who assisted with class management: Janine Sorenson, Yong Hui Too, Falisha Zesati, Sumrana Ahmad, Pragya Mehta, Shivani Andi, Kim Christensen, Alex De Obeso, Parvoneh Neilsen, Grace Yu, Steve Hulet, Kristy Lu, Robyn Howard, Cheryl Tousley, Natasha Smith, Eliza Grant, and Maria Gallegos.

NW Art Project is a traveling art exhibit made possible by the Junior League of Seattle. The Collection specializes in original Northwest art and includes Northwest masters such as Guy Anderson, Dale Chihuly, Pierce Milholland, Morris Graves, George Tsutakawa, Paul Horiuchi and more.
