This year, we're honoring Mother Earth with three events during April, Earth Month.

These are great opportunities to teach students the actions they can take to ensure a healthy and sustainable future. Twain PTSA invites students and families to celebrate with throughout the month of April. Save the Dates!

Monday, April 1: Sew a Stuffy.    Saturday, April 20: School Clean Up.    Friday, April 26: Farming Friday

Everyone is invited to see student projects, participate in hands-on activities, and have a chance to win a door prize! Come see all the fantastic science projects Twain Scientists have been busy with!

Staff Appreciation Pi Day

Let's show our support for our wonderful school staff this month by throwing them a Pi Day celebration on 3/14. This is a great addition to Education Support Professional's Week where we celebrate all of the supporting positions around the school. Food service workers, paraeducators, instructional assistants, office staff, custodians, etc. We'll load up the staff room with lots of lovely pies for the whole staff to enjoy! 📣 Calling all parents! We have some exciting news to share! Our three After-School Programs, Choir, Chess, and Coding & Robotics, are getting ready for the spring session (April 15th to June 21st). Registration information is coming soon.

But that's not all! We are already planning for next school year and are considering having MadScience, LEGOs, Martial Arts, Creative Spanish, and Yoga/Dance as NEW programs. But we need parent leaders! Parent Leaders handle parent-program communication, solicit parent feedback, and get a discounted registration fee! Read on!

March is turning into a month of awesome adventures! High Trek Adventures is teaming up with us for a fantastic combo of reading and fitness! All you need to do is dive into the world of books for 8 hours (that's 480 minutes) throughout March, and guess what? You'll unlock a special voucher for some cool adventures!
