Extra Round of EZ Grants Now Open

The Twain PTSA EZ Grant Committee has added an additional round of grant openings! Applicants are invited to apply online NOW through May 3rd. Click here for information and the online form.

What is an EZ Grant? An EZ Grant request can be for a project, program or items that would be paid from PTSA funds. Grants will be awarded to support the Twain PTSA mission, as well as enhance the curriculum and dynamic learning environment of Twain Elementary. EZ Grants should have a long term impact rather than one-time events or experiences. Priority will be given to those with school-wide application.

Twain Students came home with new books and a renewed excitement for reading thanks to the Twain Literacy Day, put on by Twain staff Julie Thomas and Emma Albertson with the support of the PTSA.

School Clean Up SATURDAY

Celebrate Earth Month with us as we clean up our school grounds on Saturday, April 20th at 10 am. Gather with fellow families and bring your gardening gear and helping hands.

A Stupendous Science Fair

A big thank you to all the incredible volunteers and enthusiastic participants at Twain's Science Fair! What an inspiring event showcasing the curiosity and creativity of our students. Your hard work and dedication made this year's event a huge success, and we're grateful for your passion to foster critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a love for exploration at a young age.

To all our young scientists and their supporters, keep exploring, keep discovering, and keep shining bright! We want to recognize Jodie Spitze for her leadership in this event, as well...

Sew a Stuffy Success!

Our first Earth Month event, Sew a Stuffy, came and went, and WOW!!!!!! We have so many creative minds here at Twain! We saw jellyfish, sunshines, mermaid tails, Pacman, "cat-pig," you name it, we saw it sewn and stuffed!

Hopefully all those that attended are inspired to continue exploring their new sewing skills at home. Please share a picture of your little with their new stuffy friend on our Facebook post. We'd love to see them all!
